Free convection effects on mhd flow past an infinite vertical accelerated plate embedded in porous media with constant heat flux.

This paper analyses the free convection flow of a viscous incompressible fluid past an infinite vertical accelerated plate embedded in porous medium with constant heat flux in the presence of transverse magnetic field. The governing equations are solved in closed form by Laplace transform technique. The results are obtained for velocity, temperature, skin-friction and Nusselt number. The effects of M-magnetic field parameter, Pr-Prandtl number, G-Grashof number, K-permeability parameter are discussed on the flow variables and presented by graph.
