    Free convection effects on mhd flow past an infinite vertical accelerated plate embedded in porous media with constant heat flux.

    This paper analyses the free convection flow of a viscous incompressible fluid past an infinite vertical accelerated plate embedded in porous medium with constant heat flux in the presence of transverse magnetic field. The governing equations are solved in closed form by Laplace transform technique. The results are obtained for velocity, temperature, skin-friction and Nusselt number. The effects of M-magnetic field parameter, Pr-Prandtl number, G-Grashof number, K-permeability parameter are discussed on the flow variables and presented by graph.

    Injection and suction effects on three-dimensional unsteady flow and heat transfer between two parallel porous plates.

    The problem of unsteady three-dimensional flow of an incompressible viscous fluid between two horizontal parallel porous plates with transverse sinusoidal injection of the fluid at the stationary plate and with constant suction through the plate in uniform motion has been studied. The moving plate is kept at oscillating wall temperature while the stationary plate is at constant temperature. Analytical expressions for velocity, temperature, and rate of heat transfer are obtained and discussed with the help of graphs and tables.
