To do so we make use of Weyl’s inequality between singular values and eigenvalues, which provides a bound for the growth of eigenvalues of a compact operator in a Hilbert space, using some additional tools this will give us the rate of decay of the eigenvalues of (−∆ + V + I)^−s, which serve as a direct tool to find the rate of growth of the eigenvalues of H. In order to do this, basic concepts from spectral theory and operator theory are introduced, along with the notion of singular values and Sp classes.
