This paper generalizes a party puzzle and presents an analysis that leads to the solution set, the smallest member of which is termed a cookie number. Unlike famous numbers like Avogadro number, Mach number, Prandtl number, Reynold number, etc., the cookie number has no physical significance or application. Being the general solution of a puzzle, it has entertainment value only.
